DAILY PRICES
All daily prices are in EURO per person and day. The local and overnight tax is not included in the daily rates and is charged at € 2.70 per person and day from 16 years of age.

RESERVATION
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit (20 percent of the room rate).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before arrival until 12.00 noon (local time). If the room is not cancelled in good time or in the event of non-arrival without prior cancellation (no-show) or early departure, 90% of the booking costs will be charged.
Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply. Place of fulfilment is Sekull 19, place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

Trivia

ARRIVAL
On the day of arrival the rooms or flats are available from 3.00 pm, on the day of departure until 11.00 am. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 90 % of the agreed room price.

SMOKING
All flats and rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace and on the balcony (if available). Damage such as burn holes etc. will be charged separately.

ROOM REQUESTS
Room requests will be considered if possible. However, no definitive confirmation will be given.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN
We charge per child and day in the parents’ room including breakfast from the buffet.
Babies and toddlers up to the age of 2 stay free of charge
from 3 to 6 years of age 50% reduction on the daily rate
from 6 to 14 years of age 25 % reduction on the daily rate

PETS
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept dogs and pets. If you arrive with a dog or pet, the room cannot be occupied and the cancellation fee according to the booking confirmation will be charged. We will be happy to recommend a nearby kennel.

Enjoyment times as part of the inclusive services:
Breakfast from the buffet: 08.00 to 10.00 a.m.
Dinner as part of half board: 18.30 to 20.00 hrs
Pool times: 08.00 to 19.00 (in summer)

á la carte restaurant:
11.30 to 14.00 / 17.30 to 21.00 (may vary in winter)
